Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Sir/Madam,
Is it possible for a layman or a person with no law degree to argue in court?
If yes, is he/she can argue only for himself/herself? Or, argue for anyone?
(I read a news article about Shri. Subramanian Swamy and about arguing in courts without a law degree: Swamy and friends, and foes in Indian Express)
Please enlighten me.
Thank you.

most of the people are not aware of intricacies of law. so it is not advisable to argue in the court as it is the job of a lawyer.
