Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India
default disposal of suit
Both lawyers were absent on the date of hearing and the matre has been disposed for defalut.Can the case be vevived.Is there any specific time limit.Certified copy of order applied but not received for past 10 days. Matter in Mumbai High Court.Thanks
