Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India

Hi,

I'm Kiran. I wanted to ask about my grandmothers propert. She passed away in Feb 2011. She has some land and Fixed deposits on her name. My father is also no more. My grand mothers sons(my uncles) are trying to cheat us. So can we stop them from selling that property and withdrawing amount from bank. But we dont know details regarding the land and fd such as survey number......

Please suggest on this.

Is there any will infavour of anyone by your grand mother ? If she has died intestate then one share goes to your father out of the entire property and your father has died too then one share would go to you and your mother and nothing else.
