Lis Pendence
If a Lis Pendence is registered with the sub Registrar of assurance can a sale deed be registered with the same office without reference to the person who has filed the lispendence

No, if Lis Pendence is already registered then sale deed of same property can not be registered with same office without reference to the person who has filed it. If sale deed is registered with given facts , it is against the principles of law
