Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India

Can we get NOC from a Co-op Housing Society for the requirement of getting Shop & Establishment License on the falt residing in the same society??

Detail:

I am resident of a CHS, i am living now in the said flat.

I am a professional, providing consultancy for getting different management certifications like ISO etc.

Now i want to get Shop & Establishment lisence in my professional company name showing as address of my said residencial flat.

For that pupose i need NOC from the said society. and society refuses to give that.

Guide me, with specific law requirement, that if i can go for this???
