Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in India

Respectable Sir,

First of all i great thanks about legal advice to online to peephole who sustain such situation.
Myself Sujit Kumar Dolui, 26+ residences in Kolkata, west Bengal a employee of Pvt Ltd concern. Last two years I love a girl who is belong none hindu (Muslim).
About she is 28+ and working with same concern with me, B-com graduate
We love for last two years almost, we have taken time to understand we both for prepare for marriage, we are both finical capable for marriage.
I personally know to my family about her but ultimately they all are against our marriage but we could not live both for any circumstance, and done Court marriage on this August.
About herself she is not in born Muslim ,her mother Was belong Hindu Family (UPPER CAST LIKE GHOSAL) this cast is hold highest our Hindu called �BRAMBHAN �,when she is 5 years old her father left her mother and her mother done second marriage with Muslim who is now called her father. So I have little confutation about our relationship as well as have few questions.

1. We have done court marriage with proper documents but its done with normal form like not inter cast marriage because while her all docs is like School & collage certificate is name of Sormistha Ghosal except of her Voter id ,but his father none have change her religion or name with legal like notary the is she called Muslim or Hindu?
2. We have done court marriage with court rules if she called Muslim then our marriage certificate would be valid if any legal situation would occurred in later?
3. We both are concuss about our age difference but if any problem occurred in later then our marriage certificate would carry valid registry while we both are don�t know is there any Muslim law could prevent this registry to point our non Muslim and age difference.?
4. If any problem would occurred to forced to separate to us then how we would gate facility to prevent such situation?

5. Is there any Muslim special law with they could proceed this is not valid marriage while we all know law in Oder is same for all people?

6. Still she is not told her family bcz we thought we could solved this problem one by one side while we are both finical capable to stay anywhere but family is obvious ply main role in social and no one want to live keep difference form his/her family if any such situation would not occurred to stay away, what is your suggestion about this court marriage?

7. What you suggestion to how I can get law in Oder to our side to fight with them if any situation occurred in later?

This is our most important issue bcz I clearly say what I am today just for her and I can do anything for her. Please help me
