Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
in the case of a 25- bedded multispeciality ,charitable hospital , being managed by a , registered private charitable trust ,receiving no government aid, are the records pertaining to doctors( date of joining hospital and relieving, number of surgeries etc. performed by a particular doctor in the hospital, ,etc) , and records pertaining to paramedical staff( such as number of employees, their qualification and expertise, their date of joining and leaving, etc) , and general working policy and protocols of the hospital , are the above records and information within the domain of rti act, i.e. has every indian citizen the right to demand all the above details from any private charitable hospital under rti act ?

none of the information falls under the rti act as the institution, though charitable, is private and not on the funds of the government, state or central.
