Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
In crime no 57/2009 kollam homicide wing I am made the fourth accused in spite the mother in her affidavit in the H.C. Kerala states that I have first hand info regarding the crime. This is to GAG me from telling the TRUTH that it is a case of culpable homicide.

you may approach the high court and state the truth on affidavit yourself and also seek quashing of f.i.r. with regard to accused no. 4 i.e. you.
