Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
Illegal Medical Practitioner
In our Dwarka Taluka, Jamngar District, Gujarat there have been numerous illegal Medical Practitioner, compalined to DHO, DSP, Collector-Jamnagar and Local Police. DHO raided and caught 10 fraud doctors, but some 20 quack doctors escaped. They have restarted their fraud medical practice. We approached local police station, but they expressed their inability to do as it comes under DHO purview. What can we do to seal and punich quack doctors. Of course they have nexus with local police and health officials?

that you can file a police complaint and well seek sealing of such doctors dispensaries and also cause action under criminal law against the doctor
