Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India

misdiagnosed?

i was diagnosed by 3 different doctors as having a Missed Abortion (this was supposed to be my first pregnancy after being married for 4 years) and they performed ERPC (Evacuation of Retained Products of Conception). After 17 days, i was rushed again to the hospital because of ruptured ectopic pregnancy and they removed my left fallopian tube because of this. my life was put in danger. can i sue the doctors for Failure to Diagnose an Ectopic Pregnancy?
