Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
preparation for medical negligence suit
I have filed a medical negligence suit on behalf of my wife and am helping my lawyer to collect related relevent material. I need to know :
1) A few likely sites to access authoratative legal material on this topic.
2) Sites where I can post questions on legal points relevent to me, for which I seek clarification.
3) What is the correct method of presenting to the court, printouts of material collected from the internet in support of what I have to establish ?
4) What are the items compulsorily to be included when such material is presented ? eg: Title of document, website id, link, name of publisher, etc
What is the most effective method of presentation of such hardcopy material - ie: narrative format, Question & Answer format etc ?

Re: preparation for medical negligence suit
In court there is no format of presenting any document, only thing is that it should be produced along with a list of document.
When you take material out from a website, automatically the name and adress of web site is printed.
I dont know what material you require for establishing your case. So go to google, and type the information you require.
Well your advocate himself must be good at making presentation, so do not get yourself invoved in that. You can only find relevant medical material to help your advoce to prove that what was done by the doctor was negligence and it was not covered under proper medical treatment. For that you can visit any of medical site.
