Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
Sir,
I am looking for starting a online portal regarding Healthcare Industry. In the portal the users can search the doctors (and other wellness service providers ) according to their location, education,specialties, association,achievements, affiliations,honors etc and book an appointment.
But it seems that it is unethical for doctors/hospitals to advertise as per the CODE OF MEDICAL ETHICS.
So please can you guide regarding whether the idea can be experimented.
