the liability of commanding officer of military hospital when an alleged offence had taken place in the same hospital where the commanding officer has signed or countersigned all the documents

the commanding officer would be held liable in case the offence was committed in connection with the documents that he countersigned and authenticated. do send in the all the facts of the case.
