1. I was applied for discharge from service on extreme compassionate grounds on 26 Jun 2006 and my discharge application was processed and finally turned down on Aug 2008. Now please may I advise whether I would asked for delay of two years from the Army or otherwise.
2. After turned down my first application I have submitted another application on 27 Aug 2008 it was finally sanctioned during Mar 2009 and I was ordered to discharge from service within short time i.e within three month causing which my final settlement of accounts and all pensionery benefits are still awaited since my retirement with effect from 01 Aug 2008.
