in case you want her back, file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights, otherwise file a petition for divorce.

in case you want her back, file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights, otherwise file a petition for divorce. in case she lodges a complaint before the women cell, you may approach the court for interim protection against arrest.
