Legal Question in Military Law in India

My wife worked in Indian Army as Captain She is a Doctor ie Army Medical Corps during training she had depression because her baby was sick she was directly sent to army psychatrist she was not given any time to consult a civil Doctor there she was kept for observation for 30 day and sent out in Invalid Medical Board in Low Medical category Diagnoised as Bipolar Affective Dissorder in Medical Category S5 H1 A1 P1 B1 and she was sent out of army without informing me by giving a railway warrant in her hand she came to home after a period of 6 days she was escorted by any army perons and her warrant was not used i dont know without any intimation they have given a warrant to her and sent out of Hospital. She was given heavy psychatric drugs with blured vission now all drugs in her body was detoxified and she is normal without keeping her in category S2 she was directly kept in S5 and sent out can she work again in Army as a Doctor because of the unusual medicines she had lot of side effects and vission problem.Even though she worked in army for 5 months she never received her service number so that she can receive her CSD canteen cards and Army Quota.She worked in civils hospitals for the past 10 years with out any problems

this seems to be a case of high handedness on the part of Army Officials. you may seek an appropriate remedy and compensation by approaching the high court. you may have to go through the Army Act in order to ascertain whether such a case is maintainable.
