Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

in 26-06-2000 the hon'ble highcourt,AP granted interim stay for passing of final decree and directed that the further proceedings all may go on and in that ordered for the payment of mean profits to the respondent/plaintiff by the appelants/defendants in a partitin suit O.S.8/95 in trial court which passed a priliminary decree in favour of the plaintiff and it is in pending appeal in AS 1020/2000 . shall we proceed for the payment of mean profits in execution proceedings in the original trial court now ? what is the limitation period of the interim stay order of appeal court ? is it still in force ?

it is not possible to give an opinion unless a lawyer goes through the order of the High Court that stayed the proceedings in the trial court and directed you to pay the mesne profits. you may visit www.karvai.in for further guidance in this matter.
