If the person has crossed the limits and have indulged into physical relationship on the base of commitment of marriage I would suggest you to lodge a complaint of rape against the said person.

if this man had developed physical relationship with your daughter on the promise of marriage, you may consider lodging FIR of rape against him and his family (for conspiracy) with the local police.

As you say that a guy cheated your daughter in the name of love and he and his family members harrassed your daughter so much that your daughter tried to commit suicide thrice,and she is now mentally depressed condition.

You can file a criminal complaint against that guy and his family members to get them punished under the law.
