Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Hi all....

First of all thanks to all and this portal to answering my queries.

One case is running against me under IPC 279, 337 and 338 filed on 14th augest 2010. On that time I took help from my lawyer and he really helped me a lot no doubt. But now he is asking more and more money which i can not afford. :(

So is there any procedure by which I can change my lawyer?

you can change your lawyer. First, you may settle the terms and fee including the present one and then decide accordingly.
