Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

i bought a new car from hyundai in dec 2010.it got accident in jan 2011.i took it to hyundai service centre,they repaired it under insurance.but when i went to get it back,there was a noise from its engine..hyundai said that dere is problem in injectors.u take it back to home n come again.we will cover it under waaranty.we didnt take it back.service centre showed that its out from there centre and again showed entry on another day.now they said that there is problem in crank due to accodent.they said,as ythis is due to accident.it doesnt come under warranty.insurance company is also denied.now what should i do?

this is just an excuse. under comprehensive insurance, all the accidental damages are covered. you may approach the insurance ombudsman or the consumer forum.
