i buy a vehcle. after some month i sold the vehcle. the vehcle got accident. at that time the vehcle will be in my name.i have only delvery note.Tell me what are the steps i have to take in court to prove at the time of accident i am not the owner of the vehcle?

After the MACT case is concluded against you, ask your local lawyer to file a civil suit claiming the amount from buyer, based on his signed delivery/possession letter and proof of payment received at your end.
