i have a case of personell death whoes death took place by failed down from office building in company. we have doubt his murder has been done. fir has not been launched yet, so i want to know how a case goes in court from police coustody and what is the procedour to reinvestigation the matter?

you may have to file a writ petition in the high court in case the police refuse to register an f.i.r. u/s 302 of indian penal code. in case you know the person who committed the murder, you may name him otherwise the f.i.r. would be lodged against unknown accused.
