Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

i am chinni i met with an accident at miyapoor,am driveing on my own bike suddenly a hondacity car hit me from backside and speed away without stopping and seeing my condition, so i registered a case at near by policestation ,Now the car person assking me to withdraw case and he is saying that you can claim bike insurence amount and remaining amounti will pay. Now i am asking if i withdraw my case,i will get insurence or not.My friends are saying if u withdraw case u will not get insurence.Now another question if i dont withdraw case wht r the options and solutions available for me pls help me ,Now if i proseed with the court and case how much i have to pay the lawer for my case regarding and how can i recover the claim for my medical and bike repaire charges please help me i am in urgent need of this information.

a claim under motor vehicle act is different from the criminal case. let the motor accident claim be decided first and get compensation from the insurance company and then you withdraw the criminal case against the owner of the offending vehicle.
