Legal Question in Personal Injury in India
there was a collision between a car and a scooter and car owner being influential instead of his mistake was trying to ask for money and supressing the scooter owner by threating to call police . if the police comes how they judge the person guilty and what actions they take what should the scooter owner do?

why is the car owner threatening the scooter owner. was the scooter owner guilty of rash driving. if not, he may approach the MACT seeking requisite compensation and may also lodge an f.i.r. for rash and negligent driving against the car owner.
