Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Dear Sir, my grandmother exploits my mother, me, my father and sister. She makes mental harassment with us. We are suffering this from 18 years. Can I file a case of IPC 498A section against my grandmother? I asked this question to some lawyers in my relatives. He advised me that I can file a case against my grandmother on behalf of my mother as my grandmother exploits her. But some lawyers say that I cant do so. So I request to tell me what is true. As my grandmother exploits me also, Can I file a case under another sections of IPC? As we are suffering this from 18 years, is there a possibility of winning the case? How can I protect myself and my family from my spiteful grandmother. How she can get a legal punishment? Please answer my questions and help me.

You have not mentioned as to how your grandmother had been exploiting you or your mother or your father or your sister. Why you four persons had been tolerating it for 18 years? Please note that the burden of proof would be upon you and you alone.
