Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Dear sir, my grandmother exploits my mother. I can file case against my grandmother under IPC 498A on behalf of my mother. But I have a doubt that I made police complaint in local police station, will I get a free lawyer from Government Of India? Where the case will be entertained? What is the procedure of IPC 498A? Is there a slow procedure?

No you cannot file a case against your grand mother on behalf of your mother. Yes you will get a free lawyer in case of any civil litigation. Where you live ,you can file a case in that city.Lengthy to explain the procedure.
