Legal Question in Personal Injury in

Dear Sir,

I am Bhavesh Rathod from Ahmedabad.

I have completed my MBA with HR specialization from ICFAI university Dehradun (Earlier it was Hyderabad).

After 2 semester completion we go to 4 month professional training in companies. Summer Internship Program(SIP). My SIP was in India Infoline Ltd. as HR trainee in Apr to Aug 2006, Once at rainy night becoz of heavy work load we(HR dept) stayed upto 11.00 pm, then we left & I met with an accident and got hospitalized for 20 days. After SIP I was 2nd highest(75 marks) in my center & also got appreciation letter from company.

But as per ICFAI rules they deducted 60 marks for 20 days hospitalization. My SIP total was 75 marks but after deduction it was 15 only so I got failed in SIP.

I raised questions and wrote to Student Services Dept (SSD) and Dean but they refused to listen to me and tried to mislead.

My SIP company had also considered me to get full, they also wrote to university. ICFAI dint listen to me and refused to give me my obtained marks.

My batch was of 2005-07. but I cleared MBA in 2008 after failed in SIP I had to give other subject exam to get high marks to get average. because SIP is calculated as one full semester. Generally if we calculate with SIP full marks I was in above 60%, 1st class.

- SIP company refused to give me final placement as I have not cleared MBA on time.

- Still I am struggling for my career as each and every company ask only one question why there is a gap.

- I am very skilled and professional in HR but Time is not supporting me....
