Legal Question in Personal Injury in

Hi, my father, aged 59 yrs met wid an accident in the 2nd week of August, as one motorcyclist hit him from the opposite side and he (was riding a two-wheeler) had a right collar bone fracture and one of his front tooth was also broken. And now, we are about to file a case in the court. I need to know as to which section of IPC would be there for the accused as his room mate visited our house with our IO after 5-6 days for compromise and the very next day called my dad and brother and tried to harass them under a different name pretending to be a police officer.

279, 338 IPC and 506 for threats now meted. you may also file a claim under Motor Accident Claim under motor vehicle act against the owner of motor cyclist, his insurance company and the driver of the motor cycle
