Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Hi Friends/Sir,

My self Dhananjaya,

My Brother met in an accident he lost right hand it is totally removed this happen on 16.2.2013 in Coimbatore,

Detail of incidence:

My brother went has a driver with someone for shabharimale trip while come back to Bangalore they met in accident,

FIR has filled in thamilnadu as rash driven by Thamilnad Govt bus driver and one more thing accident happened while car owner was driving.

Now The car owner is literally neglected us.

I am poor guy, that car owner is a good in monitory and politically

so please i expecting your valuable suggestions to me get to know the compensation part and third party insurance claims.

Pls suggest me on this.

a petition under MACT can be filed for compensation and a complaint for rash and negligent driving can be filed before the magistrate. you may seek help of district legal service authority for free legal aid.
