i hit a old lady with my bike and police booked under 337 pic , i don't have driving license, no insurance. she was hospitalized and gave a bill of 180000 (private multi-specialty hospital)and claiming to pay 3lacks, what to do pls guide me ...moreover she was ailing with diabetes, blood pressure...etc. justify me please
