Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

My husband has died in a car accident at the age of 32. he was child specialist doctor practicing at Akola (Mah.) left behind him father, mother, one daughter and son and myself. he was earning Rs. 32,000/- p.m. paying income tax regularly. How much compensation I may get if i file petition before Motor Vehicle Tribunal? can you suggest some case laws (Precedents) to me on this point. Please advice.
