Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Hi, i was involved in a two wheeler accident where i hit a pedestrian. He gave a complaint and i was arrested and granted bail on this issue.

Is this going to affect my employment career or traveling abroad. Also would like to know if the settlement can be done by the insurance company since all my documents are proper.

No it wont effect ur carrer nor will creat any problem in travelling abroad...

If ur papers are all proper then insurance company shall pay the claim
