Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

In malicious Prosecution, what is the point of diference between "without reasonable cause" and to do with an intention.

example: If i am an innocent person but one of my enemy sues me to for some unreasonable cause that means he have an intention to harm me.

my query is "if there is unreasonable cause that means it is done intentionally so can you give any example in which there is no intention without a reasonable cause"? Thanx
