Legal Question in Personal Injury in India
Can member of the society pass a resolution regarding switching of the electricity of the entire building without getting in noticed by the other member. Also electricity is switched off every alternate day for 10 minutes when there is water supply running from overheads tanks. Does the above activity is permissible as per law governed without my concern being member of society.
