Legal Question in Personal Injury in India
If a person (an Indian natinal) who resides abraod in Jeddah sends a defamatory email concernibg me (also working abroad) to a third person temporily residing and working with an Indian Co. in Africa, Can I sue that person in an Indian court at place of his or my permanent residence in India.
Or we can NOT sue him in India saying that cause of action originated outside India in other country.
