I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW A PROCEDURE OF THIS APPLICATION AS MY CASE IS BELONGS TO TEES HAZARI COURT SO WHOM TO GIVE THIS AND HOW TO GIVE APPLICATION PLEASE ASSIST AND EXPLAIN WHILE PROCESS

In my opinion, it would depend as to in which case do you want the condonationation of delay. If your case is pending, and you had to move an application for which limitation is provided, then you may move an application under section 5 Limitation Act for condonation of delay along with the main application in which there is delay. Please note that delay may be condoned only in application/appeals and not in Suit. There is no provision to condone the delay in filing a suit.
