PROCEDURE OF FILLING CLAIM AFTER 14 YEARS
FOR BELOW MENTIONED CASE I WANT TO FILE PETETION ON SUPREME COURT OF INDIA SO PLEASE EVALUATE MY CASE AND ADVICE WHAT KIND OF PROCEDURE COMES UNDER TO FILE MY CASE IN SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
My question is related to taking claim actually i was suffered in the bus accident in year 1997 that was a blue line bus accident happen by negilance and rashless driving of driverthat time police arrested driver and charging ipc section 279&304a;to the driver and filling a case in tees hazari court actually that time we dont know the procedure of filling case as in the court we going on behalf of police for given our petition only sir after so many years when i check and search my case status i found that the descision of couirt was come on september 2009 and driver was found guilty under section 279 &304a;and 337 but as per my information the driver filling a probation appeal under court
overall i still have a injury in my body and i want to file a claim case after 14 years of this case
so my question to you is can i am eligible to file a claim case after 14 years?
and what kind of documents required to file this case?
what is the procedure of filling case in delhi high court as i want to file this case in delhi high court.
is thre any chances to take a claim
and by whom this case has been file against
please provide me answer of all my questions i will be thankfull to you

You can do so..
infact under the Law.... not only at the place of accident but also at place where u reside. .. you can file ur claim... however... each State's law is different... so check up with a local advocate before filing...
case has to be filed in your name through an advocate..
