Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Public Distrubance

Sir,

I am living in an independent house. There is a residential complex , opposite to my house with six families living for rent. So nearly there are about 40 member in that house. The children in that are always making noise while playing through the day and the residences also make noise through honking th horn.I feel very delicate and disturbed by this. Is there any wy to go legally ?

It is still not late in the day for you to adjust your thinking as per your environment. It is rather considered good to have children and families around. You may consider relocating yourself to a place which brings you peace and happiness.
