Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

I am receiving several anonymous emails which are defamatory and sent to several people in my offfice. We suspect an ex employee who is behind this. How can i stop this.

By filing a complaint before cyber cell under cyber law. Ask some lawyer to draft the complaint.

the source of email can be tracked through the IP address. but if he is employee of the company, then the IP address of all the computers connected through LAN would be the same. then the possibility of his getting caught becomes bleak.
