Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Respected sir

I am working in govt. service.

last year i met with an accident, due to rash driving of opposite person. both are driving bykes only. Unfortunatly opposite person was died after one week. case was booked on me. even though first i have given complaint. the case is going on. my doubt is that if any negative judgement came against me... is there any problem for my job.

please advise me sir in this reagrd....
