Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Sir

I sell my motorcycle before three years but its RC is on my name.I have only affidavit from who i sell. Now it is on fourth hand but RC on my name. If any time fourth person do any crime with this motorcycle that time what i do?

You may send a registered notice to the buyer with a copy to the concerned registration authority.
