Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Sir i was suffered in blue line bus accident case was held on 4 janauary 1997 in ito ,the case has been registered in ito police station also incourtbydelhi govt,mainthing is that we dont file any complain in the court as the goverment allready fighting a case in tis hazari court also the driver was bailed on minor fine .......and free till today....i also inform youtothat inthis bus their was 17 people died their family members taken allready claims the case has been not closed but file have been closed......still i amnot recived any claim also the injury still in my body ....

i also inform you tothat we lost allpapers of our case so how can we file a freshclaimplease provide me assistance in thisregards.

please contact any lawyer. there is no limitation period for filing the case. the lawyer can take out all the papers from the case file by applying for the copies of papers lost by you. If you were included in the claims then he will revive your case. or he will file a fresh. If your claim had been denied he will file an appeal for which there is time period. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you may contact the delhi legal aid office in Tis Hazari. you will be given a free lawyer by the legal aid office.
