Legal Question in Personal Injury in India

Sir,

I met with an accident where in which a shemale beat me when i was driving at a speed of 50 km and I fell down from the bike as soon as i was hit and went unconscious. The shemale who hit me got his dress spindled in the front tyre and got hurt in the divider (The wall that�s kept as a barrier for two way roads) and died at the spot. The police took me to the hospital, admitted me and filed an FIR. I don�t know what FIR they have filed against me. I came in Bail. I want to know will it affect my overseas career. When this case will END? It�s not my mistake and its shemales fault. Shemale was drunk fully and I don�t know whether this came in post mortem report. I�m really worried as I�m feared whether it will spoil my career. Please advice.

it would depend upon the charge sheet filed after gathering the evidence. It is charge sheet which would reveal whether or not the victim was drunk. In any event, the driver has to be vigilant of such drunk on the road. It may not, affect your overseas career but the court may not allow you to leave country until the case is decided or you come on the date when case is listed.
