my vehicle was seized and sold by financeirs but the vehicle was not yet transfered from my name. i have no proofs of seizing of my vehicle. if the vehicle meets any accident or crime. how far i was liable and how far i can defend my self

If you do not want the vehicle , Immediately write a letter to the Financers, RTO, Police & Insurance Company of the acts of the financers and specify that you are no longer responsible for the vehicle.
