Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have taken 10 acres inami land of our relative on hire basis with 100 stamp registar document paper on may 1968 i given pending amount of rs. 4500/- with tahasildar permission and he has given rights of 7/12 paper, now in 2007-08 our name is dropped from column no. 15 (7/12) by talathi and main landlord taken loan in 2009 from bhuvikas bank of Rs. 150000/- it isdone chaper things, i given applcation to tahasildar with all required document (Talathi report & Circle report) but he has not given any decision on application, so please give me details about this story. what i will do in future?
