Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In 1980 i bought 6 gunthas of maharwatan land.it is not a regranted land.the deal was completed but still it has not been transferred in my name.. this land is of new sharth.what is the procedure to get it transferred in my name?. please suggest?.

You need to complete procedure of regrant and change of tenure as also post facto regularisation of your transaction.
