Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In 1994, I and my brother jointly purchased residential flat in Mumbai. The co-op. Housing society was form and registered 1998. My name is first in the agreement and also in the society share certificate. I have given family help to my brother in his need. In consideration to family help, my brother wants to give up his share from the jointly owned flat and want to transfer all the rights and interest in my name. How we can make this as legaly.
