Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we are three 2 brothers and one sister ,my father died leaving a will making me a nominee of the house we lived in gave my sister all cash and brother whom he had already earlier settled still gave the shares,now my mother when she died left a new ill leaving the house in my brother and sisters name where i stand nominee,now my sister says she doesnt want anything made an affidavit,but my brother demands more than half the share in the property ,can they take away my house from me ,can they trouble me

in case the earlier will by your father is in your name, your mother cannot execute a new will.
