2. Corporation files an appeal in the High Court and the High Court bench sets aside the single judge order and passes an order in favour of the Corporation.
3. Challenging the High Court bench order Builder files a SLP in the Supreme Court.
4. If the case is not admitted in the Supreme court 3rd parties affected by the judgement hve to file a review where?

Third parties may issue notice and file consumer case against builder if they are affected.

third parties should have filed an application for impleading themselves as party in the case. in case they want, they may move the court for the same.
