Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a 2 cars with me. When i have taklen the flat their is no rule for 1 car parking per flat system. When i have bought new car then after 2 months they are making a rule for 1 car per flat rule. Now i have takne the car based on the earlier rules only. If i will part outside this can be a risk for me. I am not against that rule but it should be with current date effect.Please suggest..

Generally the rules are framed for the welfare of the dwellers and not to get involved in any nuisance with others and by others.So in your case do you think there is any legal issue? just assume if some other flat owner buys ten cars and he want to park all cars inside as you intend to do,what would you do in that case.would you allow him to do as such and I hope you get an answer from this.
